Celmisia morganii

Posted by
~~~Ann~~~ (Nelson, New Zealand) on 22 December 2018 in Plant & Nature.
In the steepest, most confined section of the Ngakawau Gorge, Celmisia morganii, the New Zealand daisy, flowers abundantly on steep rock faces from December to January. This is the only known habitat for this rare and protected species.
